Your new weekend bag isn't quite right for you? No problem!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Return period

You can return items or cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods – without giving any reason .

Conditions for return:

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging .

Return & Refund:

If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will of course cover the return costs.

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method used.
